Inside Line says GT-R makes the 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds
Inside Line tested the 2009 Nissan GT-R and the results are unbelievable: 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 3.3 seconds! Faster than the last Dodge Viper, Corvette Z06 or the Porsche 911 Turbo.
The 2009 GT-R is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 that generates at least 473 horsepower and 434 pound-feet of torque. Nissan claimed that the 0 to 60 mph sprint will be made in 3.5 seconds, but Inside Line proved they were wrong: 3.3-second 0-60-mph run and 11.6 seconds at 120.9 mph. The conclusion: The GT-R is the fastest car ever tested by them!
The Porsche 911 Turbo Tiptronic makes the 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds, the Dodge Viper in 3.7 seconds and the Corvette Z06 in 4.1 seconds.
